Don't rule out a local farm just because it's not certified as "Organic".

Some Farmers/Ranchers may hold themselves to higher standards than "ORGANIC" but can't afford to pay for the certification.

 

Those who are transparent will be willing and welcoming to show you what they do. Get out there. Visit. Watch. Listen. Appreciate... Good Food.
